'She called 8 times in the run of 24 hours:' Restaurant employee no-call/no-shows for her shifts, refuses to believe the manager when he tells her she's fired

Oh no, if it isn't the consequences of your actions! What a surprise… NOT. Yeah, I brought back that joke. Because it truly should not be a surprise. When you do something, like flake on committed plans, then you're going to have to suffer the consequences of your actions. 

Funny enough, this employee was aghast when she was faced with the outcome of her actions. She no-called/no-showed for her restaurant shift. If you don't t know what that is, it's basically self-explanatory. It's when you don't show up for work and you don't tell anyone. After doing this for several shifts, the managers took this as she ain't coming back. However, she called in several days later upset that she wasn't schedule. The manager told her she was fired because she no-called/no-showed, but she refused to believe him. Can you believe THAT? She then proceeded to call the restaurant non-stop, harass the hostess, and make a fool out of herself. Read the entire story below!

    Font - EmagehtmaI• 4 yr. ago Most jobs I've had state in your hiring paperwork that any no-call no-show within the first x amount of days is a voluntary resignation on your part and after your probation period something like 3 no-call no- shows in a row is considered the same. So you can't even claim unemployment, because you "quit" rather than got fired.
